While the band is no more he has about 5 or so albums that mix the thrash with some industrial elements. Since you like industrial along with old school Metallica thrash you may like his Strapping Young Lad stuff. Here he is live with Anneke doing "Awake". lol But he also incorporates a lot of different things in his solo work throughout the course of the years. Only he can take a topic like a cheeseburger and make a song out of it. You can take stuff like his solo work with the Devin Townsend Project which adds progressive metal with over the top and hilarious lyrics such as this, He's my favorite artist/musician because he can perform and create just about anything to fit any kind of format. Well, first and foremost i will always recommend Devin Townsend's work. Who are your top 5 favorite bands and throw a few at me I might like. Basically the hardcore/metal bands I like are Metallica,(nothing past the black album) Korn, Disturbed, and I really like industrial stuff like Frontline Assembly/ Ministry. North, I am looking to get back into Metal.
